Job summary

Komasi Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Civil Engineering professional for site supervision and coordination across projects in Malaysia. You will lead subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

The role requires 2–3 years in construction, familiarity with HDD/UDM and the ability to travel to project sites as needed. CIDB registration is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant construction experience.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and monitoring site progress.
• Familiar with construction drawings, contract specifications, work schedules and quality requirements.
• Knowledge of HDD, UDM, as-built drawings and site documentation is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• CIDB registration/certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works comply with drawings, contract specifications, work schedules and quality standards.
• Lead department personnel in achieving departmental objectives and monitor overall project progress.
• Identify and resolve site issues, and provide regular site progress updates, photos and live tracing documentation.
• Attend site measurements and valuation of progress claims with subcontractors.
• Assist Project Engineer in preparing and compiling LKS, BQ claims, as-built drawings, HDD profiles, checklists and other project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including UDM, work plans, proposed HDD routes/profiles, site photos, live tracing videos and method statements.
• Compile Delivery Orders and submit to the office.
• Prepare departmental reports and presentations for Monthly Management Meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Possess valid CIDB registration/certification is an added advantage.
