Job summary

See Yong & Sons is seeking a site supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on civil, marine, or dredging sites. You will ensure work aligns with plans, drawings and schedules, coordinating workers and machinery on-site while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a diploma or related certificate and at least 3 years of supervision experience, with Mandarin preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience for civil, marine, or dredging projects.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, structural works, marine equipment, and site safety practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willing to be based at project sites, including remote or coastal locations.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers.
