Job summary

Cheng Hoon Air Cond Engineering Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects progress on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will supervise a team of workers and subcontractors, monitor safety compliance, coordinate with the project manager and client, and maintain detailed site records to support timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

About the role

Cheng Hoon Air Cond Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Butterworth, Penang. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position.
