Job summary

Refcool Air-Conditioning & Engineering Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee installation works and liaise with architects, consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of related experience in HVAC-R systems, M&E and AutoCAD. You must be able to work under pressure, travel to outstations, and be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of working experience in HVAC/MECHANICAL field.
• Knowledge of VRV/VRF, water chiller and M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• To monitor and supervise all installation works undertaken by the Company.

Refcool Air-Conditioning & Engineering Sdn Bhd We are an established company located in Kuala Lumpur specializing in Air Conditioning & Engineering. We are seeking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

To monitor and supervise all installation works undertake by the Company

Liaisons with architects, M & E consultants, contractors and owners representatives (developer) and other parties as required for the successful accomplishment of project sales or domestic sales

Site checking and inspection with relevant parties after work has been done.

To undertake design & drawing of any engineering proposal

To attend & solve technical problems of any company products at site

Submission of progress reports and progress claims

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field

Required skill(s): Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System, water chiller,VRV/VRF System, M & E, AutoCAD

Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Knowledge in air cooled system, Inverter Air Cooled system, VRV/VRF system, Chilled Water System.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work under pressure within tight deadline

Applicants must be willing to work in KL and travel to outstation

Applicants should have full working rights in Malaysia

Preferably junior executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent
