Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a site engineer to assist the Project Manager in day-to-day civil and marine construction operations on-site in Malaysia. You will monitor progress, check works against design and schedule, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.

You will prepare method statements, work programs, progress reports, conduct site inspections, and ensure HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-6 years of experience in civil/marine/dredging construction projects (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Familiar with construction drawings, method statements, and project scheduling tools.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site or travel to other project locations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.
