Job summary

Bauer (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety and health duties on construction sites and to promote a safe working environment within the site compound.

The role ensures all activities comply with HSE rules, regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include inspections, toolbox briefings, site training, lifting operations, reporting, and enforcing HSE policies across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and/or Certificate in civil engineering or relevant qualifications.
• Certificate in occupational health and safety (Valid Yellow Book Holder).
• Preferably with minimum 5 years' experience in construction safety.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspection for all safety and health duties on construction site.
• Promote safety & health working environment within site compound.
• Attend toolbox meeting and briefing.
• Conduct site training, safety and health campaign.
• Ensure site activities carry on based on rule & regulation HSE and ensure safety standard is 100% achieved.
• Assist in lifting activities in accordance with approved Lifting Plans.
• Assist in checking lifting equipment and accessories.
• Undertake all tasks in accordance with Company HSE Policies and Procedures, applicable legislation and regulations.
• Prepare safety related report.
