Job summary

USAHA ANGGUN SDN BHD is seeking a Certified Site Safety Supervisor to monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations on our civil construction sites in Malaysia.

You will conduct regular safety inspections, lead toolbox talks, implement safety plans, maintain records, and mentor workers in PPE use and safe practices. DOSH/JKKP registration is required, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with valid DOSH/JKKP registration.
• At least 1 year experience in civil construction project.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety requirements and procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at the assigned project site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure all workers comply with safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist to conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site workers.
• Assist in implementing site safety plans, policies, and procedures.
• Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses to the management.
• Maintain site safety records, inspection checklists, and related documentation.
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure the construction site is maintained in a safe condition.
• Assist in conducting safety inductions for new workers and visitors
• Other task required by the immediate superior
