LK GLOBAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Officer to monitor daily site activities and enforce client safety rules in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes hazard prevention, DOSH compliance, and strong communication with the workforce.

You will conduct daily safety inspections, ensure proper PPE usage, lead toolbox talks, and assist in JSA/JHA, risk assessments, and safe work procedures while investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.

Formación

• Must possess a valid DOSH / JKKP Yellow Book (SSS).
• Good knowledge of workplace safety requirements and practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently at client/project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and client safety rules.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
• Ensure workers use the correct PPE and follow safe work procedures.
• Implement Permit-to-Work (PTW) based on job requirements.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings, and communicate hazards and control measures to workers.
• Assist supervisors and workers in preparing and implementing JSA/JHA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

About you
