Job summary

BWC Construction Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to ensure safe work practices on civil projects. The role requires a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, an OSH-Coordinator Certification, and at least 1 year of solar project exposure.

The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and HIRARC documentation, with the ability to conduct TBMs and site inspections while coordinating with the Client's HSE Team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
• OSH-Coordinator Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of working experience in solar related project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HIRARC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and promote safe conduct at project sites.
• Perform regulatory responsibilities under the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings (TBM) at site.
• Perform workplace inspections to reduce accidents and unsafe acts.
• Work closely with Client's HSE Team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance and to promote a safe conduct of work at project site.

Perform regulatory responsibilities prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.

Conduct Toolbox meeting (TBM) at site.

Perform workplace inspection to reduces the accident/incident, unsafe act/unsafe condition at site.

Work closely with Client's HSE Team.
