Job summary

Dynivest Progress Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to plan, implement and manage HSE systems on active construction sites in Selangor, Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with statutory and company regulations while promoting a safe work environment.

You will conduct toolbox talks, on-site briefings, and inspections, maintain PTW systems, and report safety statistics to drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or certificate in Occupational Safety & Health.
• Experience in construction safety or site safety supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and PTW systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage HSE system, including PTW, to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Record and report safety plans, loss prevention and accident reports.
• Evaluate hazardous conditions and recommend remedial actions.
• Plan and promote safety awareness programs for all personnel.
• Conduct toolbox training, safety briefings and site inspections.

Job description

Plan, implement and manage the environmental, health and safety system, including PTW system to ensure compliance with statutory and company's regulations and procedures.

Record and report safety and loss prevention plans, security procedures and accident reports.

Evaluate and analyze hazardous conditions and recommend remedial and preventive actions.

Plan and promote safety awareness programs among all personnel.

Conduct safety toolbox training on site, periodic safety briefings and inspections to ensure compliance of HSE requirements.

Compile accurate safety statistics reports and make recommendations to management for continuous improvements.

Inspect and ensure sufficient safety equipment is provided for production workers.
