Job summary

BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Safety Officer to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

This full-time role focuses on health, safety and environmental compliance across our construction projects. You will conduct site inspections, develop safety policies, and support site personnel. NEBOSH/IOSH certification and 2–3 years of relevant experience are preferred, with opportunities for professional development and a strong safety culture within the

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Site Safety Officer in construction.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Proficient with safety management software and data tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake additional tasks as required by Management.

About the role

BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Safety Officer to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction projects.

What you\'ll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Developing, implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and training programs
• Providing guidance and support to site personnel on all health, safety and environmental matters
• Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Maintaining detailed records and reports on safety performance
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture

What we\'re looking for

• Minimum 2 - 3 years\' experience as a Site Safety Officer in the construction industry
• Relevant qualifications in occupational health and safety, such as a NEBOSH or IOSH certification
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives
• Able to carry out any other tasks requested by Management
