This full-time role focuses on health, safety and environmental compliance across our construction projects. You will conduct site inspections, develop safety policies, and support site personnel. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as Site Safety Officer in construction.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Proficient with safety management software and data tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake additional tasks as required by Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures and training.
• Provide guidance on health, safety and environmental matters.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain detailed safety records and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to foster a strong safety culture.
