Job summary

INAZUME (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety regulations during construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily safety inspections, leading safety briefings, and monitoring high-risk activities.

The role requires a registered safety supervisor with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. This position offers exciting career growth opportunities and exposure to large construction projects.

Qualifications

Registered/competent Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) as applicable to the project requirements.
Knowledge of construction safety, HIRARC/JSA, PTW and site inspection.
Able to work independently and supervise daily safety compliance at the construction site.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Ensure workers comply with PPE and site rules.
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Monitor high-risk activities including work at height and machinery.
Submit daily and weekly safety reports.

Job description

Key responsibilities

Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions
Ensure workers comply with PPE, site rules and safe work procedures
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Monitor and implement HIRARC/JSA, Method Statements and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements
Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, machinery, excavation and hot work
Conduct worker safety induction and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Ensure proper barricades, signage, access control and housekeeping are maintained
Inspect work areas, scaffolding, ladders, working platforms and other safety arrangements
Submit daily and weekly safety reports with site activity updates and photographs
Assist in emergency response, drills and incident investigations

About you
