• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication between site teams, clients and head office.
• Ensure all site personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager & Supervisor to join EK HITEC CORPORATION SDN BHD in a full-time capacity based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. This is a strategic leadership position within our construction division, responsible for overseeing all on-site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As Site Manager & Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving project success from inception through completion.

Key responsibilities
