Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil & Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5 years of site management experience, including at least one high-rise residential project.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors on active sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall construction progress of residential projects including Architectural, Civil & Structural (C&S), and M&E works.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily site operations, including workforce allocation, supervisor briefings, task assignments, and monitoring of progress.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely milestones.
• Review and ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor site housekeeping, access control, safety compliance, and conduct toolbox meetings to maintain a safe environment.
• Act as the key point of contact for resolving site issues, coordinating material requirements with the Site QS, and timely decision-making.
