Job summary

Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager to oversee construction and property development projects across Klang Valley. You will deliver end-to-end projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating site activities, liaising with consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders while managing site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in property development or building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and site coordination.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Site located in Klang Valley with potential assignments to other states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion.

Requirements
