Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Pasona Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical and utility works on Malaysia-based projects. The role requires at least 5 years on-site supervision experience, strong leadership and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent practical construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong background in M&E construction projects, industrial plants, factories.
• Proven experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple work disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, quality control, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential construction issues before they impact the project.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and other stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
• Resolve site issues promptly and recommend practical solutions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
