Job summary

TAHAP WIRA SDN BHD in Puchong, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, ensure safety, manage productivity, and keep projects on time and within budget. You will bridge communication between senior management and on-site teams, review drawings, monitor quality, and enforce regulations while mentoring site staff.

The role requires at least five years of relevant supervision experience, CIDB certification if possible, and strong leadership and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of methods, materials, equipment and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in reading drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with CIDB or equivalent safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities on the construction site to align with schedules.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Schedule workforce and allocate tasks; report daily progress.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and compliance.
• Communicate updates between PMO and on-site teams.
• Maintain records of site activities and daily logs.
• Manage materials and equipment storage and usage.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards and delays.
• Support training and development of site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
