Job summary

Pristine Glory in Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to monitor construction progress, ensure quality, and guide the team using drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential; minimum 3 years of site experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making for site challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Team player with leadership qualities and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
