Job summary

Join Syarikat Muhibah Perniagaan & Pembinaan Sdn Bhd in Malaysia as a Project Site Coordinator. You will assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily work at project sites to ensure timely execution.

You will develop construction schedules, coordinate resources, ensure compliance with safety and regulations, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain thorough project documentation to support progress tracking and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to coordinate workers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring and controlling daily work at the project sites.
• Assist in development and implementation of construction schedules, resource planning, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Liaise with PICs and other stakeholders to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.
• Monitor and verify work progress, prepare progress reports, and support scheduling updates.
• Supervise and coordinate construction teams' activities on site.
