Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Engineer to monitor construction progress and quality, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets and standards. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to address issues on site.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, 3+ years in construction, strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with safety regulations. A company car and outstation opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address site-based challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
• Company car provided and willing to outstation.
