The candidate will monitor safety and workmanship, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide progress updates to management. Travel to various sites is required; independence and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience supervising and managing site workers.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel frequently to project sites.
• Must possess a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities
• Directly instruct and supervise site workers
• Plan and arrange daily manpower, materials, tools and machinery
• Ensure workers understand work requirements and carry out works correctly
• Monitor workmanship, progress and site safety
• Read and understand construction drawings and ensure works are carried out accordingly
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other parties on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day site issues
• Ensure works are completed according to schedule and required quality
• Provide regular progress updates to Management
