Job summary

DFI Retail Group is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager in Malaysia to design, develop, and deliver scalable learning solutions across the organization. The role emphasizes instructional design, blended approaches, and AI-assisted learning to build capability and performance.

You will lead curriculum development, partner with SMEs and external vendors, and ensure high learner engagement with timely outputs and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development or talent management.
• Experience designing and delivering instructional design solutions using technology.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to design learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design structured learning solutions and journeys using instructional design principles.
• Develop and maintain curricula aligned to capability frameworks.
• Create engaging content including eLearning, visuals, job aids, and videos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Produce learning material using Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite and AI tools.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
