Job summary

Averis Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist, Site IT to be the first line of contact for IT issues at the site, keeping devices, apps, meeting rooms and site infrastructure running smoothly for executives and staff.

You will collaborate with regional and global IT teams, vendors and business users to ensure stability, security and strong support, including end-user devices, Intune management, and VIP user assistance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years in IT support, helpdesk or desktop support.
• Experience supporting executives or VIP users is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Support end users including executives and VIP users.
• Manage incidents via phone, email, walk-in and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, printers and collaboration tools.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, MFA, password resets).
• Set up and manage devices via Intune; deploy software and patches.
• Log incidents and service requests; resolve issues within SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, repairs.
• Support IT projects and technology rollouts; collaborate with regional/global teams.
