Job summary

Teceze is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. This role is based onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang, and requires hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment.

You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, manage IT inventory, perform IMAC activities, assist with Office 365 issues, and ensure adherence to SLAs while delivering high-touch VIP support to end users and events.

Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting desktops/laptops and configurations.
• Hands-on hardware support for peripherals and devices.
• Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, LAN).
• Experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365 support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software per standards.
• Perform IMAC activities for IT assets.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide break-fix support.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for repairs and escalations.
• Manage IT inventory and document assets.
• Image systems for laptops/desktops and support AV in meeting rooms.
• Support printer setup and network printer installations.
• Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Assist with Office 365 issues and general user troubleshooting.
