Job summary

Wuhan FiberHome International (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks a Site Subcontractor Coordinator to manage subcontractors during project implementation, ensuring works follow approved drawings, project requirements and quality standards.

You will attend to site complaints, monitor progress, provide weekly updates to management and clients, verify As-Built documentation for claims, and conduct joint site surveys with clients and local authorities, including occasional nighttime work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Telecommunication industry.
• Experience working on Maxis Fiber projects will be an added advantage.
• Willing to be based in Penang and relocate/deploy to Northern Malaysia in the future.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal/external customers and subcontractors.
• Willing to work nighttime occasionally, depending on site requirements.
