Our Philosophy — Art
At the heart of everything we build is a commitment to creating meaningful, long-lasting spaces:
We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on, and site-based Site Engineer to spearhead our construction operations directly on-site in Johor. In this critical, site-centered management role, you will be the driving force on the ground, responsible for managing the day-to-day physical execution of our developments from earthworks to final handover. You will spend your time where the action happens—leading site supervisors, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating main contractors, and solving complex technical structural or infrastructure issues in real-time.
If you are a field-tested leader who thrives on the physical progress of a construction site, commands authority on the ground, and ensures that building quality and project timelines are met flawlessly, this role is for you.
Interpret blueprints (architectural, structural, MEP) and conduct site surveying to establish accurate layouts. Manage complex construction tasks, resolve design clashes early, and ensure crews use only the latest approved drawings.
Quality Control (QA/QC)Conduct regular inspections of workmanship, formwork, and reinforcement. Inspect incoming materials, oversee compliance testing (e.g., concrete slump/cube tests), and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to fix defects promptly.
Resource and Schedule ManagementCoordinate the timely delivery of materials (steel, cement) and heavy machinery while minimizing waste. Track progress against the master schedule, manage labor allocation, and create recovery plans for any delays.
Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily site logs (weather, manpower, material usage) and submit regular progress updates to the Project Manager. Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist with as-built drawings and final handover files.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce site safety rules and full compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations.
