Job summary

RAEBUS SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator in Malacca to orchestrate activities among consultants, contractors, authorities, and suppliers, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation for a multi-party project.

You will support monitoring of progress, milestones, and deliverables, collate minutes, and maintain comprehensive project records while coordinating drawings, approvals, and site matters with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, property development, or related industry.
• Prior experience in construction site coordination and supervision is preferred.
• Able to monitor multiple tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, communication, and information flow among consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, schedules, key milestones, deliverables, and outstanding matters, and follow up with the relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and follow up with appointed consultants, contractors, and other project parties on drawings, submissions, approvals, site matters, defects, rectification works, and other project requirements.
• Attend project and site meetings, prepare or record minutes, maintain action lists, and follow up on agreed action items and pending matters.
• Manage and maintain proper project documentation, records, drawings, correspondence, approvals, reports, and other relevant project documents.
• Prepare project updates, progress reports, trackers, and other reports for management review, and promptly highlight significant delays, issues, risks, or matters requiring management attention.
• Assist in coordinating project completion, inspection, rectification, handover, and related administrative matters, and perform any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Company in connection with the Project.
