Provide general administrative and clerical support to the project site team.
Maintain and update site records, documents, correspondence and filing systems.
Prepare, issue and track site documents, including delivery orders, purchase orders, site instructions and other relevant records.
Assist in preparing daily site reports, progress reports and other project-related documentation.
Record and monitor incoming and outgoing materials, equipment and deliveries at the project site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants regarding site documentation and administrative matters.
Assist the Site Supervisor and Project Manager with daily administrative tasks and follow-up on outstanding matters.
Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to site operations.
Maintain proper records of workers' attendance, site activities and other relevant information.
Ensure all site documents are properly filed, updated and readily available for reference and auditing.
Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting minutes and coordinating site appointments when required.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a certificate or diploma in administration is an advantage.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in site administration or construction is preferred.
Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (spreadsheets).
Good organisational, communication and document management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to work at the construction site and be based at the project site.
Responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
