Job summary

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, onboarding/offboarding coordination with Singapore HR and IT, and comprehensive lifecycle administration, including leave and benefits, with a view to continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Singapore Ministry of Manpower and employment regulations.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration.
• Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes with exposure to Singapore HR practices.
• Nice to have CEI licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and address enquiries, escalating complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems for hires, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and other standard HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with Singapore HR, IT, and stakeholders.
• Administer leave, benefits, and lifecycle processes per company policies and Singapore regulations.
• Track service requests, meet turnaround times, and maintain clear case documentation.
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist audits, controls, and process improvements.
• Handle employee information confidentially and comply with data protection regulations.
• Support end-to-end lifecycle processes specifically for Singapore-based employees.
