Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Human Resources, specifically within a shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
• Proficiency in managing employee records and HR data.
• Familiarity with local labour laws and compliance requirements in Shanghai.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage shared services processes within the Human Resources department.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all HR activities.
• Coordinate and support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system accurately and promptly.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements within shared services operations.
• Generate and analyse HR reports to support decision‑making.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
