Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking an HR Service Advocate to act as a central point of contact for employee inquiries across the Hire to Retire lifecycle. You will deliver high-quality, responsive service on HR policies, programs, and systems within a client-facing BPO environment.

The role emphasizes onboarding, leave management, access provisioning, and timely issue resolution with speed and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years HR service delivery experience with lifecycle management.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or other major HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation across channels.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to employee questions on HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits and systems via ticketing, chat and phone.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, leave, flex work, and self-service access.
• Coordinate programs such as absence management, performance reviews, and EAPs.
• Support HR documentation updates in line with labor laws and client needs.
• Provide LMS and ESS user assistance and coordinate training logistics.
• Facilitate wellbeing and engagement initiatives and collect feedback.
• Track service metrics and collaborate with delivery teams across geographies.
