Job summary

BALAKs (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Showroom Sales Executive in Selangor, Petaling Jaya to assist customers in finding ergonomic furniture solutions and to deliver excellent service while achieving sales targets.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency and the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, with onsite work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Monthly salary ranges from RM2,800 to RM6,000 with commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail, showroom, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work onsite from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable furniture and workspace solutions.
• Present product features, materials and ergonomic benefits effectively.
• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media.
• Prepare quotations and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Participate in exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events to support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and overall sales goals.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.

Previous experience in retail, showroom, or sales will be an added advantage.

Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Able to work onsite from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
