About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Client & Sales Administration professional to join our team in Balakong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales and client management operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our client interactions and sales processes, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with our sales team, designers, and clients to facilitate project progression and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Resposibility :

• Answer client calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and schedule site visits
• Issue purchase orders, invoices, and track payments
• Coordinate delivery dates between warehouse and site teams
• Handle office supplies, filing, and simple HR paperwork
• Represent Dans Interior at Home Fairs while engaging with potential clients and promoting our design solutions (Attractive Incentives, Commission & Project Allowances Provided )

About you
