Job summary

BELLEZZA CERAMICHE GALLERY SDN. BHD. (formerly known as Apex Ceramics Gallery) in Penang seeks a Showroom Sales Executive to attend to walk-in customers and designers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable products.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams on stock and delivery, maintain displays, assist with tile combinations and space visualization, and help hit sales targets while supporting events and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in tiles or interior design industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and confident in dealing with customers
• Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales

Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom walk-in customers and designers professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability and delivery arrangements
• Build relationships with interior designers, contractors and developers
• Maintain showroom product displays and presentation standards
• Assist customers with tile combinations, concepts and basic space visualization
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Support showroom events, product launches, exhibitions and other marketing activities

Job description

Attend to showroom walk-in customers and designers professionally. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability and delivery arrangements. Build relationships with interior designers, contractors and developers. Maintain showroom product displays and presentation standards. Assist customers with tile combinations, concepts and basic space visualization. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Support showroom events, product launches, exhibitions and other marketing activities.

About you

Experience in tiles, interior design, renovation, sanitaryware, furniture or building materials industry preferred

Interior design background is an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a strong interest in sales

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree

Passionate about interior spaces and design trends

Presentable and confident in dealing with customers

Self-motivated, proactive and a team player with a positive attitude
