Job summary

Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage front desk duties, greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide counseling. You will follow up on leads and support marketing and business development efforts.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and can suit graduates; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Chinese as a plus. Weekend work is required in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
• Experience in Customer Service, Retail or Front Desk is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with an energetic and flexible working style.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• Based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out customer service duties / front desk duties.
• Follow up on leads and participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Attend to walk-in customers at front counter, handling face-to-face and phone inquiries, including counseling customers.
• Provide good customer service to our patients.
• Promote our products to boost sales.
• Keep abreast with latest information and technology regarding market changes, competitors information and Company’s products.
• Maintain Optimax standards and observe Group Compliance Policy.
• Assist in any adhoc projects assigned.
