Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a friendly and responsible Retail Assistant to support daily showroom operations and provide a positive shopping experience for customers in Kulai, Johor.

The role involves attending to customers, recommending products, handling sales, maintaining displays, and preparing invoices. Basic computer skills and the ability to lift and move goods are required, with opportunities to learn and grow within a small team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate and explain product features to customers.
• Handle daily sales and customer enquiries.
• Arrange, display and replenish products in the showroom.
• Assist with packing, loading and unloading of goods.
• Prepare and print invoices, Delivery Orders (DO) and other sales documents.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods and ensure proper handling of stock.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product arrangement.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines when handling products.
