Responsibilities

• Answer general inquiries about vehicle models, features, prices, promotions, and availability.
• Greet customers and understand their needs or vehicle preferences.
• Assist sales consultants by preparing customers for arranging test drives, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive showroom experience.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and post-visit feedback.
• Support the sales team.
• Work closely with the sales, admin, and sales teams to ensure smooth sales-to-delivery workflow.
