Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Senai operations. You will oversee inventory control and logistics processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and the ability to communicate across levels from shop floor to senior management. Prior experience in manufacturing and knowledge of shipping and customs procedures are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse and logistics experience in a manufacturing environment at managerial level.
• Pro-active, detail-oriented, and energetic with knowledge of shipping and customs procedures.
• Strong leadership, team orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (customer, executive, management).
• Must be able to work in Senai, Johor area.

Responsibilities

• Managing and tracking inventories for raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse and logistics to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Coordinate with related departments on daily activities.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate to top management when necessary.
• Fully in charge of raw materials and finished goods from inbound to outbound processes.
• Ensure safety, security and environmental procedures are strictly followed.
• Stay up to date on customs regulations and international export/import compliance.
