Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Coordinator to oversee operations, ensure on-time shipments, and optimize costs. You will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and monitor delivery performance to meet company targets.

You will lead the shipping team, work with Warehouse, Order Management and Planning to ensure orders are delivered accurately and as per schedule, while ensuring compliance with Incoterms and customs requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export procedures, customs documentation, freight coordination and international shipping is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, customs requirements, and transportation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be based in Teluk Intan, Perak.
