Job summary

Farm Fresh Central is seeking a Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, coordinate with logistics partners, and maintain accurate shipping records. The role requires handling import/export documents and ensuring timely deliveries, with close collaboration across logistics, warehouse, production, and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, can start immediately, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Preferably logistics/Supply Chain background; clerical/administrative support.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Organized, independent, and result-oriented.
• Good communication and written English skills.
• Knowledge in import shipment and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages the shipment of all products, materials and supplies.
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics, warehouse, production and maintenance department.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of important arrangements.
• Provides additional backup support for shipping departments.
• Handle full set of shipping documents and coordinate all import/export shipping operations to ensure timely shipments.
• Coordinate with forwarders on shipping documents.
• Work closely with shipping agencies for all Customs related issues.
• Filing of shipping documents for easy retrieval.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required by superior.

Education & Skills Requirement.

Fresh Graduates are welcomed for this position - Preferably personnel specializing in logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administractive Support or equivalent.

Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Organized, independent, and result-oriented.

Good communication and written skills in English are preferred.

Knowledge in import shipment and customs related process.
