Job summary

NuEnergy Holdings Berhad invites applications for a Shipping Executive based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. You will coordinate import/export shipments, bookings and delivery schedules, and prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or SCM with at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Incoterms and import/export procedures, and proficient MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or SCM.
• At least 2 years shipping/logistics experience.
• Familiar with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments, freight bookings and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs agents.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delays or documentation issues.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Verify freight invoices and maintain shipping cost records.
• Maintain shipment tracking records and prepare shipping reports.
