Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage import, export and local shipping operations in Malaysia. You will handle shipping documents, customs clearance, freight coordination and delivery scheduling while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years' experience in shipping/logistics, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of shipping or logistics experience.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Malaysian customs procedures and related documentation.
Familiarity with freight booking, customs clearance and 3PL operations.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software.

Responsibilities

Handle full spectrum of shipping operations (import, export, local deliveries).
Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms).
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents and customs officers for clearance and delivery.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs Regulations and import/export laws.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries to customers or warehouses.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales and procurement teams for smooth logistics flow.
Resolve shipping discrepancies and damages; maintain accurate shipping records.
