Sf Techlogis Sdn Bhd is seeking a shipping operations assistant to support daily shipping activities in Kulai, Johor. The role involves assisting with shipment planning, document filing and ensuring timely handling of orders.

Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Lading and shipping instructions, coordinating vessel schedules and bookings, liaising with shipping lines, customers and internal departments, and maintaining accurate shipping records with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily shipping operations and arrangements
• Prepare and check shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L) and shipping instructions
• Coordinate vessel schedules, bookings and shipment status
• Liaise with shipping lines, customers and internal departments
• Monitor shipments and follow up on delivery arrangements
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
