• Liaise with vessel agents to obtain schedule updates and follow up on changes or delays.
• Coordinate with local operations teams to monitor delivery status and shipment progress.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely updates on order and delivery status.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Follow up on pending operational matters with relevant parties.
• Prepare reports and provide general administrative support to the Operations team.
• Work closely with team members to ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
