Job summary

Toll Global Forwarding (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Logistics Assistant to support daily shipping activities in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and keep customers updated on status.

You will work with drivers, warehouse staff and customers, ensure records are accurate, and contribute to timely deliveries while learning Toll’s global logistics network and standard operating

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipment records, and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse personnel, customers, and other relevant parties on delivery and collection arrangements.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide timely updates to the supervisor and customers.
• Ensure shipment information and transactions are accurately updated in the company's system.
