Job summary

Toll Group is hiring a Logistics Assistant in Johor, at Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah. You will assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries, and help maintain accurate logistics records.

You will work with drivers, transporters, warehouse staff, customers and other parties to arrange delivery and collection, monitor status, and ensure all shipment data is updated in Toll's systems.

Qualifications

• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipment records.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, warehouse personnel, customers, and other relevant parties on delivery and collection arrangements.
• Monitor shipment and delivery status and provide updates to the supervisor and customers.
• Ensure shipment information and transactions are accurately updated in the company's system.
