Job summary

Niterra in Penang, Bayan Lepas, is seeking a logistics coordinator to support import/export shipments. You will handle data entry, document control and coordinate with forwarders and suppliers. A diploma or degree in logistics is preferred.

The role requires strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, good communication and time management, and 2–5 years shipping experience in FIZ/LMW segments. This is a full-time on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficient data entry, document handling and administration.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle import/export shipping operations for local and international shipments.
• Prepare customs clearance, permits and licenses, and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Coordinate with suppliers' forwarders and transportation providers.
• Enter data accurately and maintain documents.
