Job summary

Intralink International Shipping Sdn Bhd in Klang is seeking a responsible Documentation Executive to join our expanding team. The role focuses on accurate handling of import/export shipping documents and coordination with stakeholders.

You will prepare, process, and manage documents for sea and air freight, ensure deadlines, and maintain filing systems. Fresh graduates welcome; training provided. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred, with basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and manage import and export shipping documentation for sea and air freight shipments.
• Handle shipping documents (BL, House BL, SI, DO, invoices, packing lists).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment schedules and documentation deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documents.
• Liaise with customs agents regarding clearance requirements.
• Provide customers with timely shipment updates.
• Maintain filing and records of shipment documents.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and issues.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties.
