Job summary

PRECISCO LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a shipping documentation professional to prepare and manage documents for FCL/LCL and export shipments. You will liaise with clients, ocean carriers, hauliers, and warehouses to ensure accurate documentation and smooth deliveries.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. The role emphasizes coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing billing inputs, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
• Understanding of transportation documentation and trade terms, is a must.
• Understanding of Dangerous Goods, is a plus.
• Good communication skills and able to work as team.
• Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills and a professional approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Goods form and Pre-alert to customers.
• Liaise with clients for FCL / LCL / Export shipments arrangements, documentations and inquiries.
• Coordinate with ocean carriers, hauliers, warehouses and local vendors for shipments arrangement and deliveries.
• Provide complete & correct cost input & freight billing, as well as uploading necessary documents into the system.
• Communicate with customers and clients to resolve operational issues.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
• Undertake any other duties as requested by department head or management.
